Bombay HC Turns Down Plea by 8 Bhima Koregaon Accused for Factual Corrections in Order Denying Bail - (24 Dec 2021)

Bombay High Court has refused a request by eight accused in the Bhima Koregaon – Elgar Parishad Case for substantial factual corrections to the High Court's order denying them bail.
