SC Stays Execution of Death Sentence Imposed on Man Accused of Raping a 7-Year Old Girl - (21 Dec 2021)

Supreme Court of India has stayed the execution of the death sentence imposed on a man accused of raping a 7-year-old girl in Mandsaur in 2018, pending further consideration of the matter.
