AAR, Karnataka: 5% GST on Marine Engine and Spare Parts for Fishing Vessel - (20 Dec 2021)

Authority of Advance Ruling (AAR), Karnataka has ruled that 5% goods and services tax (GST) marine engine and its spare parts be supplied for fishing vessels for use as part of the fishing vessel.
