AAR, Maharashtra: GST on Electricity and Water Charges Reimbursable in Nature - (20 Dec 2021)

Authority of Advance Ruling (AAR), Maharashtra has held that goods and services tax (GST) payable on Electricity charges and Water charges as per meter reading and collected from the recipients was actual on reimbursement basis.
