Madras HC Takes Suo Motu Cognizance of Illegal Use of Govt School's Play Ground by Private School - (17 Dec 2021)

Madras High Court has taken suo motu cognizance in a matter related to the use of a Government school playground by a private school and the local municipality for non-sports related activities.
