Bombay HC Seeks Recycling Scheme for PET Bottles - (09 Mar 2016)

Bombay HC has admitted petitions that challenge notification of State Home Department and circular of Excise Department which bans use of PET bottles to bottle, transport and store alcoholic beverages from April 1, 2016. Also suggested to manufacturers and distillers to formulate recycling scheme.
