Punjab and Haryana HC: Misrepresentation for Allotment of 2nd Flat Not Cheating, If Verifiable - (09 Mar 2016)

Punjab and Haryana High Court, while giving a significant judgment that will change way beneficiaries of multiple plot allotment are prosecuted, has made it clear that misrepresentation for allotment of a second flat will not amount to cheating if it can be verified and detected.
