Delhi HC: Mother-in-Law Being Owner Not Barred from Claiming Eviction Against Daughter-in-Law - (15 Dec 2021)

Delhi High Court has observed that the mother in law being the owner of the property is not barred from claiming eviction against her daughter in law where the residence is a shared household.
