Karnataka High Court Refuses to Quash Border Security Force Transfer Order - (14 Dec 2021)

Karnataka High Court has refused to interfere in an order issued by Border Security Force (BSF) to a serving inspector, directing him to move from Bengaluru to Odisha, where his services are required in anti-naxalite operations.
