SC Acquits Three Death Row Convicts, Holds Prosecution Utterly Failed To Prove Case - (16 Dec 2021)

Supreme Court has acquitted three murder accused who were sentenced to death by the Trial Court and the Allahabad High Court. The Court has observed that the prosecution utterly failed to prove the case beyond reasonable doubt.
