ANDHRA PRADESH HIGH COURT STRIKES DOWN GOVERNMENT ORDERS ON FIXATION OF FEES - (30 Dec 2021)

Andhra Pradesh High Court has struck down the fixation of fees under Government orders as gross violation of statutory rules and principles of natural justice in a batch of writ petitions filed by different Private Unaided School Associations, Junior College Management Associations, Junior Colleges and High Schools.
