MP HC: Impounding of Passport of Travel Vlogger Affects Right to Livelihood Under Article 21 - (13 Dec 2021)

CONSTITUTION

Madhya Pradesh High Court has observed that impounding the passport of a travel vlogger based on unjustified reasons affects her/his fundamental right of livelihood under Article 21 of the Constitution of India.
