P&H HC: Recording Wife's Telephonic Conversation Sans Her Knowledge Infringement of Her Privacy - (13 Dec 2021)

Punjab And Haryana High Court has observed that recording of the telephonic conversation of the wife without her knowledge is a clear-cut infringement of her privacy.
