Bombay HC Allows Adjudicating Authority to Pass Order Regarding Attachment of Assets - (10 Dec 2021)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has allowed the Adjudicating Authority under Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 to pass an order regarding attachment of assets belonging to former Home Minister Anil Deshmukh and his family but directed that no coercive steps should be taken without the Court's permission.
