Delhi HC Seeks ED's Response on Plea by Popular Front of India Challenging Money Laundering Case - (09 Dec 2021)

Delhi High Court has sought the response of the Enforcement Directorate on a plea filed by Popular Front of India (PFI) challenging a money laundering case registered against it in the year 2018.
