ITAT, Delhi: Addition Cannot be Made on Evidence of Third Party - (09 Dec 2021)

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Delhi has held that the Addition cannot be made on evidence of third party without granting the cross-examination to the assessee.
