Supreme Court Upholds RBI Regulations for Export Ban on PPE Kits - (07 Dec 2021)

Supreme Court has upheld the measures adopted by the Reserve Bank of India to implement the ban imposed by the Union Government on the export of Personal Protective Equipment(PPE) Kits in view of the COVID-19 pandemic.
