Bombay HC: Domestic Violence Complaint Cannot be Filed Where Woman Only Casually Visiting - (06 Dec 2021)

Bombay High Court has said that a domestic violence complaint cannot be filed at a place a woman is only casually visiting and proceedings must be instituted at her temporary or permanent residence under section 27 of the Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
