Delhi HC Grants Bail to Student in North East Delhi Riots Case - (06 Dec 2021)

CRIMINAL

Delhi High Court has granted bail to a 20 year old student accused in connection with a North East Delhi riots case observing that the possibility of him tampering with the evidence was remote.
