Gujarat HC Quashes Criminal Proceedings Against Hardik Patel for Taking Out Public Rally - (06 Dec 2021)

Gujarat High Court has quashed the complaint and the charge sheet against Congress leader Hardik Patel in connection with a rally which he took out in the year 2017 sans police permission.
