SC: Resolution Process Has to be Completed Within Period Stipulated u/s 12 IBC - (02 Dec 2021)

INSOLVENCY

Supreme Court observed that the entire resolution process has to be completed within the period stipulated under Section 12 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. The Court has any deviation would defeat the object and purpose of providing such time limit.
