SC: Non-Availability of Operation Theatre Would Not Amount to Medical Negligence - (01 Dec 2021)

LAW OF MEDICINE

Supreme Court has held that non-availability of an emergency operation theatre during the period when surgeries were being performed on other patients is not a valid ground to hold the hospital negligent in any manner.
