Delhi HC Issues Notice on Plea for Live Streaming Proceedings of Pleas on Same Sex Marriage - (30 Nov 2021)

Delhi High Court has issued notice on a plea seeking live streaming of proceedings in the case concerning recognition and registration of same-sex marriages in the country. The Court has issued notice on being beseeched that the matter is of national and constitutional importance.
