DGFT Issues Advisory on Safe Custody of Digital Tokens, Documents, Scrips - (30 Nov 2021)

Director-General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has issued the Advisory on safe custody of digital tokens, documents, scrips, etc. Under the revamped online systems, an exporter/importer’s identity is established by a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) Issued by the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA) licensed Certifying Agencies (CAs) or through Aadhaar based e-sign.
