Kerala HC: Sanction Order to Contain Reasons for Sanction for Prosecution of Public Servant - (29 Nov 2021)

Kerala High Court has observed that a sanction order should contain reasons and must also reflect the materials considered by the authority for the purpose of deciding the necessity for granting sanction for prosecution of the public servant.
