Karnataka HC: Right of Woman to Exercise Reproductive Choice is Personal Liberty Under Article 21 - (26 Nov 2021)

CONSTITUTION

Karnataka High Court has said that the right of a woman to exercise her reproductive choice is a dimension of personal liberty as understood under Article 21 of the Constitution of India, 1949 and she has a sacrosanct right to have her bodily integrity protected.
