Central Board of Direct Taxes Issues Guidelines for TDS on E-Auction Services - (26 Nov 2021)

DIRECT TAXATION

Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has issued the guidelines which states that no TDS (tax deducted at source) under section 194-O of the Income Tax Act, 1961 is required on E-Auction Services.
