Bombay HC Commutes Death Penalty of Three Convicts in 2012 Shakti Mills Gang Rape - (25 Nov 2021)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has commuted to life imprisonment the death penalty awarded to three repeat offenders in connection with the gang-rape of a photo-journalist inside Mumbai's defunct Shakti Mills compound, in 2013.
