Bombay High Court Rejects Tarun Tejpal's Plea for In-Camera Hearing of Rape Case Appeal - (25 Nov 2021)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has rejected an application moved by journalist Tarun Tejpal under Section 327 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for conducting hearings through in-camera proceedings against his acquittal in a 2013 rape case.
