Delhi HC Grants Time to Frame Rules to Deal with High Value Cases In Debt Recovery Tribunals - (25 Nov 2021)

CIVIL

Delhi High Court has granted six weeks time to the Central Government for coming up with the Rules to deal with high value cases, where the recovery is in excess of Rs. 100 crores in relation to the Debt Recovery Tribunals.
