SC Issues Notice to CBI over Delhi Goverment's Plea - (04 Mar 2016)

Supreme Court has issued notice to Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on plea by the Delhi Government seeking return of documents that the agency had taken from office of Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal following a raid at the office of Principal Secretary Rajendra Kumar.
