Delhi High Court Seeks Stand on Non-Payment of Margin Amount to Fair Shop Owners - (24 Nov 2021)

Delhi High Court has sought the stand of the Delhi Government in a plea against non-payment of margin amount to fair price shop owners as per the mandate of the National Food Security Act, 2013.
