Kerala High Court: Police Officers Bound to Wear Uniform While on Duty - (23 Nov 2021)

Kerala High Court has accentuated on the fact that police officers must comply with the relevant statutory provisions/guidelines making it mandatory to wear the uniform while on duty except when it is permissible under law to deviate from the said mandatory requirement.
