AAAR, Karnataka: 18% GST Eligible on Services Provided by Airbus Group - (23 Nov 2021)

Appellate Authority of Advance Ruling (AAAR), Karnataka has ruled that the 18% goods and services tax is eligible on services provided by Airbus Group as it qualifies as intermediary services.
