AAR: Eggs Being Agri Produce, Transport Not To Incur GST - (18 Nov 2021)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

Authority For Advance Ruling observed that “fresh eggs in shell” on which no further processing is done is covered under the definition of agricultural produce. Thus, the transportation of eggs from one place in India to another is exempted from GST.
