P&H HC Sets Aside Entire Selection Process For Recruitments To Posts Of Elementary Trained Teachers - (18 Nov 2021)

P&H HC has set aside the entire selection process for recruitment to the posts of Elementary Trained Teachers (ETT) on ground that selection criteria specified in the advertisement granting weightage of 05 marks (maximum) for higher qualification was inherently flawed with incurable illegality.
