While hearing civil appeal preferred by appellant claimants aggrieved Jharkhand HC’s judgment, SC observed that despite repeated directions, Schedule-II of the MVAct, 1988 has not been amended yet and so, fixing notional income at Rs.15,000/- p.a. for non- earning members is not just & reasonable.
