Supreme Court Rejects Government Plea To Transfer Income Tax Reassessment Cases From HC To Top Court - (17 Nov 2021)

Supreme Court has rejected the government’s plea to transfer the cases relating to Income Tax reassessment notices from the High Court to the Supreme Court.
