Rajya Sabha Passes Bill Seeking to Remove Anomalies in Pensionary Benefits of Judges - (03 Mar 2016)

Rajya Sabha has passed the High Court and the Supreme Court Judges (Salaries and Conditions of Service) Amendment Bill, 2015, seeking removal of anomalies in the pensionary benefits of High Court judges elevated from the bar.
