SC: Employer Can Terminate Service for Suppressing or Submitting False Information by Employee - (15 Nov 2021)

LABOUR AND INDUSTRIAL

Supreme Court has reiterated that in the event of any suppression or on submitting false information, it is always open for the employer to cancel the candidature or terminate service of the employee/candidate.
