Delhi HC Issues Notice on Plea Seeking Guidelines for Mandatory Product Labelling - (12 Nov 2021)

Delhi High Court has issued notice on a plea seeking directions to formulate guidelines to strictly implement the existing Rules mandating food manufacturers to label their products according to the nature of the ingredients used therein, observing that every person has a right to know.
