SC Grants Custody of Child to Hindu Adoptive Father Against Biological Mother - (02 Mar 2016)

Supreme Court, while giving priority to welfare of the child, has passed custody of him to his Hindu adoptive father by disposing a petition filed by the biological mother of the child eight years ago.
