CESTAT: Pre-Delivery and After Sale Service Charges Not included in Assessable Value of Vehicle - (10 Nov 2021)

EXCISE

Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT), Mumbai has held that the pre-delivery and after sale service charges cannot be included in the assessable value of motor vehicles.
