Delhi High Court Asks CMMs to Ensure Prompt Uploading of Orders Passed U/S 14 of SARFAESI Act - (09 Nov 2021)

Delhi High Court has asked all the Chief Metropolitan Magistrates in city courts to ensure that the orders passed by them under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 are promptly uploaded after they are passed.
