Kerala HC Upholds Continued Preventive Detention of Accused Rabins Hameed Under COFEPOSA - (09 Nov 2021)

Kerala High Court has upheld the continued preventive detention of prime accused in the gold smuggling case, Rabins K Hameed under the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974 (COFEPOSA).
