Allahabad HC Asks to Take Steps for Expeditious Examination of Viscera Samples - (08 Nov 2021)

CIVIL

Allahabad High Court has directed the Uttar Pradesh Government to take up the issue for expeditious examination of viscera samples to help the Investigating Agency, observing that there is no proper mechanism in place for expeditious examination of viscera samples.
