SC: Conducting AIBE is Violation of the Fundamental Right? - (02 Mar 2016)

Supreme Court has questioned whether conducting All India Bar Examination (AIBE) was a violation of the fundamental right to practice a profession, leaving Bar Council of India (BCI) in the docks.
