Bombay High Court Sends Anil Deshmukh Back In Enforcement Directorate’s Custody - (08 Nov 2021)

CRIMINAL

Bombay High Court has set aside a special court's order remanding former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh in judicial custody and remanded him back in the Enforcement Directorate's custody in the money laundering case.
