Hyderabad High Court Rejects Dalmia Cements’ MD Plea - (02 Mar 2016)

Hyderabad High Court has rejected writ petition filed by MD of Dalmia Cements challenging summons issued by Enforcement Directorate in connection with disproportionate cases pertaining to YSR Congress president Y.S Jaganmohan Reddy.
