Kerala HC: Appeal Against Ad-Interim Order in Pending Writ Petition Not Maintainable - (01 Nov 2021)

Kerala High Court has reaffirmed that an appeal to a Division Bench cannot lie against an ad interim order passed by a Single Judge when the main writ petition is still pending before the Judge.
